The naughty alpacas have been nibbling the pear tree we planted a couple of years back - it's not likely we'll see it fruiting any time soon!
They even managed to get into shed
cat's shed and ate all of the apples we were storing there - the
geese were very upset they didn't get to share.

We love our geese but we try not to be completely obsessive about them! Here at Geese of Eden we keep company with all sorts of animals, and have also diversified into hobbies such as bee-keeping, pickling, preserving, cheese making, handicrafts, brewing and soap making.
We are hobby breeders of rare breed geese who enjoy keeping animals and producing home-made goodies like pickles, jams and cider.
We have been keeping free range geese for five or six years, along with ducks and chickens. We absolutely love these charming and often misunderstood creatures.
The aims of this website are to share our love of geese with the www.com world, to make contact with other likeminded souls and to offer whatever help and advice we can to anyone interested in keeping geese for themselves.
Sorry - who has the time (or inclination) to
twitter when there are so many more interesting things to do? And
really, you don't want to hear our random thoughts on a daily
basis, do you?
